We bought food to feed the flamigo's...I think you were just supposed to throw it to them but Peter wouldn't listen.

The kids with all the shark stuff we bought. Hadley is our shark boy. He loves the discovery channel, and when it's shark week...we don't see him for a week. He loves animals, especially sea animals, guess he is my boy:) He insists that someday we will be watching him on the discovery channel!

Playing in the polor bear caves. The kids looked freaked out cuz there was a speaker in there that played polar bears growling..it really did sound real.
I don't know what these things are. some kind of huge walrus thing. They were huge and pretty much looked like big boogers:)

Part of the penguin exibit. My favorite cuz the penguin house is like 60 degrees, which is a nice break from the scorching heat outside..kinda like the 'it's a small world' ride at disneyland:) you mostly use it as a break.
Hadley petting the sting rays and bat rays. He insisted we feed them. He thought it was so cool but Peter and I were really creeped out. you hold the fish down low and they go over your hand and suck it off...icky! But Hadley loved them, we had a hard time getting him to leave the exhibit. A far cry from last time we went, he wanted nothing to do with them cuz that was the animal that killed Steve Irwin.
